Seashore Housing, LP offers an affordable, independent living option for individuals ages 55+, and for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Seashore Housing features 58 residences in a modern apartment complex located at 24 W. Jimmie Leeds Road. One-bedroom apartments include a private terrace, new kitchen appliances and an ADA accessible bathroom.
Dedicated to the dignity and well-being of senior citizens and persons with special needs, Seashore Housing is funded in part by Moasic.
