Seashore Housing, LP offers an affordable, independent living option for individuals ages 55+, and for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Seashore Housing features 58 residences in a modern apartment complex located at 24 W. Jimmie Leeds Road. One-bedroom apartments include a private terrace, new kitchen appliances and an ADA accessible bathroom.
Dedicated to the dignity and well-being of senior citizens and persons with special needs, Seashore Housing is funded in part by Moasic. The Simon & Sylvia Zisman Seashore Gardens Living Center is an independent, nonprofit home for the aged with over 100 years of service. Back in 1916 we started as a little house in Atlantic City, New Jersey. We’ve grown in services and location. Today we are on a 20 acre campus in Atlantic County, New Jersey.
