Vision statement
Mosaic (Formally Seashore Gardens Foundation) is a trusted nonprofit leader in promoting and enhancing services and programs for the elderly.
At Mosaic, we unite diverse elements—programs, resources, and people—into a harmonious whole that supports seniors and their caregivers. Like the pieces of a mosaic, each contribution is unique and essential, creating a beautiful and impactful picture of care. Discover how we bring connection and care to aging individuals and their families.
Our Guiding Principles
- Advocate for, and support, the elderly and their families as they confront the challenges associated with aging with integrity and responsibility.
- Guide seniors and their families in navigating the elder care journey and care options in our community.
- Consult and collaborate with other entities to connect seniors and their families with social services, financial support, and other resources.
- Offer and support educational programming on topics related to aging.
- Provide quality programs that encourage independence, and empower those with dementia and their caregivers.
- Create an equitable environment inclusive of all races, religions, ethnicity, socio-economic status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, experiences and heritages, with value given to different points of view.
- Grow an endowment including Life & Legacy so the mission of Mosaic will continue for generations to come.
